How do I upload my photo?
When you select a product and click "Add to Cart", you'll be prompted to upload your photo. We accept JPG, PNG, and other common image formats. For best results, use high-resolution photos with good lighting.
What sizes are available?
Our ornaments come in three sizes: Small (60mm) for $14.99, Medium (70mm) for $19.99, and Large (90mm) for $24.99. All prices are in CAD.
What's the difference between Standard and Droop styles?
Standard ornaments have a flat bottom edge, while Droop style ornaments have a curved, flowing bottom edge that creates a unique aesthetic. Both styles showcase your photo beautifully.
How long does production take?
Our standard turnaround time is 72 hours for production. Shipping time varies based on your location.
Do I need to buy lights separately?
Yes, LED lights are sold separately. We offer packs of 5 lights for $11.99 CAD. These lights are specifically designed to fit our ornaments perfectly.
Can I order multiple ornaments with different photos?
Each time you customize and add an ornament to your cart, it creates a unique item. You can add as many different ornaments as you'd like to a single order.
