Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds

Custom Product Policy

Since all our products are custom-made with your personal photos and specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. Each piece is uniquely created for you.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your ornament arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Cover return shipping costs for defective items

Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • 2.Include your order number
  • 3.Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • 4.Describe the issue in detail

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not yet started. After production begins, cancellations cannot be processed.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We work with our shipping partners to resolve these issues quickly and will send a replacement or issue a refund.
