Processing Time
All orders are custom-made to order. Our standard production time is 72 hours (3 business days) from the time your order is placed. This does not include shipping time.

Order Tracking

All ornaments are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care with fragile items.
